Laura Schlagel was born and raised in Aitkin County and has made Aitkin her home since 1994.. She obtained her Minnesota Appraiser License in 2000. In the spring of 2004, she obtained her real estate salesperson license and currently works with Woods and Shores Real Estate in addition to her role in Allied Appraisals. As the primary appraiser for Allied, Laura completes an average of 120 appraisals per year and has many of the local lenders as her clients. She has also performed appraisals for lawyers as well as governmental agencies. Laura is the mother of four boys and actively participates in church, community and sports booster events. She loves the challenges her role as an appraiser presents her with as well as the opportunity to work with lenders, homeowners and other clients.
Jeff Schlagel was born and raised in the Aitkin area. He has been a licensed realtor since 1980 and a registered appraiser since 1998. He has also held his Real Estate Broker's License since 1985. Jeff has experience as an owner/broker of a real estate company and is currently a broker/agent with Woods and Shores Real Estate in Aitkin. Jeff is primarily in the real estate field but also completes an average of 60 appraisals per year. He has completed appraisals for many of the local lenders as well as governmental agencies, lawyers and property owners. Jeff has two children, a son and a daughter who occupy most of his free time.
